ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic, versatile Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to own our digital presence end to end — from social media and web to AI-driven strategy and branded collateral. This is not a siloed role. You’ll wear many hats, collaborate cross-functionally, and have a direct hand in shaping how we connect with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and patients alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Develop, design, and schedule content across social media platforms
- Create on-brand graphics and visual assets (intermediate design skills required)
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize results
Website Ownership
- Lead a full website redesign project from kickoff through launch
- Manage day-to-day website updates, performance, and SEO post-launch
- Proficiency in Webflow and/or WordPress required
AI & Digital Strategy
- Drive AI readiness initiatives across digital marketing strategy and daily workflows
- Identify and implement AI tools to improve content creation, analytics, and campaign efficiency
- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
Creative & Collateral Development
- Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, and PowerPoint presentations
- Ensure all materials are on-brand and tailored for both surgical and direct-to-patient audiences
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a broad, hands-on skill set
- Intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Proficiency in Webflow and/or WordPress
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and a data-driven mindset
- Strong written and visual communication skills
Preferred
- Background in healthcare, medical device, spine industry, or life sciences marketing
- Experience marketing to both B2B (surgical/clinical) and B2C (patient) audiences
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., generative content, analytics platforms)
- Experience leading a website redesign or digital transformation project
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides for executive-level presentations
