Synergy Spine Solutions is pleased to announce a new partnership with leading independent medical device specialists Ample Healthcare, to distribute the Synergy Disc in Malaysia.
Based in Kuala Lumpur and with a focus in spine and orthopaedic surgery, Ample Healthcare was launched in 2020 with the objective of providing international partners access to the Malaysian market.
The exclusive agreement between Synergy Spine Solutions and Ample Healthcare, led by Managing Director Karen Tan, aligns with our values of enhancing patients’ quality of life and advancing the standard of care in Malaysia.
Ample Healthcare are the first partner to distribute the Synergy Disc in South-East Asia.
Synergy Spine Solutions’ marquis technology, the Synergy Disc®, is the only artificial cervical disc with a 6° lordotic core that combines cervical alignment and balance with natural motion for patients with degenerative disc disease (DDD) causing radiculopathy and/or myelopathy.
It not only provides a superior alternative to other artificial cervical discs on the market today, but also offers a viable and preferred alternative to many patients whose only current option is fusion surgery.
The Synergy Disc is currently commercially available in Europe, Asia, Australia, The Bahamas, Canada (SAP), New Zealand and South Africa. In the United States, Synergy Spine Solutions Inc. is currently enrolling patients in its FDA 2-Level IDE study, having recently completed its 1-Level study.
